As a sales and marketing manager, he acquired a reputation as a business development troubleshooter and was frequently assigned to business units that required significant improvement in revenue generation. Buck is and has been a frequent speaker at American Bankers Association, Consumer Bankers Association, and RMA conferences. He has published articles in The Journal of Credit and Risk Management and Commercial Lending Review. Ned Miller, Senior Vice President
20+ years of banking experience
Ned has a long history in banking and an extensive consulting background. Before Joining MZ Bierly, Ned was a relationship manager and team leader at Citibank and at the Philadelphia National Bank. He was also the Director of Chapters and Memberships for the Risk Management Association (RMA) where he built a series of programs to address business development issues. Some of the programs he developed include Real Estate Fundamentals, and Problem Loan Strategies. Before joining RMA, Ned spent two years with The Richardson Company, delivering sales, sales management and negotiations training to bankers in the U.S., Canada and various countries in Latin America. Kevin Strickland, Senior Vice President

Kevin most recently served as Regional President of Business Banking for RBC Centura Bank. There, he was responsible for directing the business-to-business strategies for the Florida market. Before joining MZ Bierly Consulting Kevin was a Vice President at AmSouth Bank in Florida where he was responsible for developing opportunities in the business banking market. At AmSouth he was consistently a top 5% performer and received numerous awards for his sales performance. Janet D. Raymond, Senior Vice President

Before joining MZ Bierly Consulting, Jan was a Regional President at Citizen's Bank overseeing both the commercial and retail divisions where she successfully forged alliances between commercial lenders, retail branch personnel and private bankers. In 2003 as Director of Community Banking for Ocean National Bank, a $2 billion bank, Jan was responsible for the integration of Granite Bank's 15 branches. In addition, she oversaw small business lending, training and marketing. Doug Olsen, Senior Vice President

Doug began his career in retail banking at European American Bank (EAB), managing major branches on Long Island and in New York City.
